Taylor is a 26 yr old outgoing, bubbly individual who struggled with food and physical activity for years mainly through high school and through her earlier adult years.
As a very active, fun, loud, outgoing little girl, Taylor always loved the outdoors with her dad and dog Parker. Hiking, shooting guns, camping, exploring the outdoors while traveling to neat locations, ex. Manning Park, Whistler, Pemberton, Lillooet, Arrowsmith the list goes on!
During high-school, Taylor had a tough time managing food with a basic buffet everyday and no idea the value of food, and of course, quickly fell off track. Which resulted in years to follow of an unhealthy relationship with food. Being Italian, that was a struggle within itself.
Taylor had developed a binge eating addiction at 19 yrs old, mental health was a struggle and being tied into toxic relationships, she had accepted this was "just life" as a "big girl". That was not true for Taylor, and chances are it is not true for the person reading this either.
Gut health became a major issue, to the point of no longer being able to stomach a portion the size of your palm.
Taylor started walking, doing small bites of activity to fill in any spare time she would have otherwise been binging. One thing led to another through naturopathic work and proper education.
Taylor since has gained great knowledge in regards to food, the impact to mental health, and overall health, and how incorporating weight training can increase the value of life! The main thing to mention as well is Taylor has since kept the weight off and continues to push herself to be the best possible version.
